Tutoring Services

Due to the personalized nature of our tutoring services, we do not offer refunds for completed tutoring sessions or packages. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, we may consider issuing a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the completed tutoring session.

Paid Courses

For selected paid courses, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Course Access: If you have not accessed the course content, you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase.
  • Course Completion: Once you have started a course, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider exceptions in cases of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.

Ebooks

Due to the digital nature of ebooks, refunds are generally not provided once the ebook has been downloaded. However, if you encounter technical issues preventing you from accessing the ebook, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
