4. Tutoring Services

• Tutor Selection: You are responsible for selecting and engaging with tutors on our platform. Scholars.ng acts as a platform to connect tutors and students and does not guarantee the quality or qualifications of tutors.
• Payments: Payments for tutoring services are typically made directly to the tutor. Scholars.ng may facilitate payment processing, but is not a party to the tutor-student agreement.

5. Ebooks

• Intellectual Property: Ebooks sold on Scholars.ng are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify ebooks without authorization.
• Access: Your access to ebooks is subject to our terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• No Warranties: Scholars.ng makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website.
